Platform · GoHighLevel
GoHighLevel, for businesses that sell on the phone.
GoHighLevel puts the site, the funnel, the CRM and the follow-up in one place, which suits a business that sells over the phone and lives or dies on whether leads get chased. Sites Crafted builds GoHighLevel setups priced on scope, because the pipeline work is larger than the pages.
Funnels, CRM and follow-up in one place, for businesses selling on the phone.
Why this one
What GoHighLevel is genuinely good at.
The lead does not fall through
Site, funnel, CRM, SMS and email follow-up are one system rather than four that do not talk.
Automated chasing
Missed-call text back, appointment reminders and follow-up sequences that run without anybody remembering.
One place to look
Every enquiry, call and booking in one pipeline.
The trade-off
Every platform costs you something.
It is a platform, not a website. The pages are functional rather than beautiful, the monthly cost is real, and the value is entirely in the follow-up rather than the design. If you want a site that looks like a studio built it, this is not the one.
Suits: Trades, clinics and service businesses that live or die on whether leads get called back.
Websites from $500 ex GST
Up to 3 pages $500. Up to 10 pages $1,000. Up to 25 pages $2,500. All ex GST and quoted before we start. E-commerce, GoHighLevel and anything larger is priced on scope.
Frequently asked questions
Do we still need a normal website?
Often yes. GoHighLevel is very good at capturing and chasing a lead and not especially good at being a shopfront. A common setup is a WordPress site for the public face and GoHighLevel behind it doing the follow-up.
What does a GoHighLevel site cost?
The same as any other site we build: $500 ex GST for up to three pages, $1,000 for up to ten, $2,500 for up to twenty-five. Platform subscriptions, where the platform charges one, are paid by you directly to them and are not part of our price. Full pricing.
Can you move an existing site onto GoHighLevel?
Usually. What matters is where the content and the URLs are now, because a migration that changes every URL without redirecting them throws away whatever search visibility the old site had. We check that first and tell you what it will cost to keep.
Who looks after it afterwards?
We do, if you want us to. Hosting, updates, backups and someone to call are part of what we quote rather than an upsell at handover. Seventeen sites are on that arrangement now.
