Pricing · fixed, published, ex GST
Fixed prices, published before you call.
A one-page site is $500 ex GST, up to five pages is $1,000 and up to twelve is $2,500. Every price is fixed and quoted before work starts. E-commerce, GoHighLevel builds and anything past twelve pages are quoted on scope, because a number invented before we understand the job is not a price.
Three sizes cover most small-business sites. Everything past them is quoted on scope, because a number invented before we understand the job is not a price.

Is that the whole price?
For the build, yes. What is not in it: the domain if you do not have one, and any platform subscription — Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and Framer all charge their own monthly fee, paid by you directly to them. Hosting and care on WordPress is quoted separately and is optional.
What if I need thirteen pages?
Then it is quoted on scope, and it will not be a surprise. The tiers exist because most small-business sites land inside them, not to catch you out on page fourteen.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, half up front and half at launch, on a fixed quote agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing and no variations unless the scope actually changes, in which case we quote the change first.
What makes a build cost more?
E-commerce, because of products, shipping and tax. GoHighLevel, because the pipeline is most of the work. Listings and bookings, because they need a system behind them. Migrations, if the old URLs have to be mapped so search visibility survives.
Why is this cheaper than other studios?
Because these are fixed-scope builds on platforms we already know, not open-ended projects. A one-page site really is a day or two of work when the copy is ready. What we do not do is discovery workshops, brand strategy or a three-month timeline for five pages.
